We work as your fully-integrated external partner, providing complete support for your classroom and online instructional needs – you connect directly with your project manager and/or account manager who deals with all your challenges and requirements from concept to delivery and follow-up.
Our training consultants work with clients through every stage of the training effort:
Identifying training needs (Training Needs Analysis);
Selecting the appropriate trainer who matches the client’s technical and delivery requirements;
Identifying a suitable venue;
Coordinating the event production; and
Assisting the feedback and reporting process.
Our complimentary Training Assessment Portals provide a centralised view of all training initiatives. All CIFT training events are accompanied by a short post-course assessment and online delegate feedback to provide key learning metrics that are reported on these portals. Reports may be emailed to the sponsors of the training event.
